PERFORMANCE DRIVING

PERFORMANCE DRIVING

The Performance Driving program is designed for novice drivers or those with limited track experience. Led by professional instructors from the world-renowned Jim Russell Racing School, you’ll learn the fundamentals of car control and enjoy structured on-track sessions in your own high-performance car. With guidance from experienced coaches, you can progress at your own pace while becoming more comfortable and confident on the track.

PERFORMANCE LAPPING

PERFORMANCE LAPPING

Performance Lapping is the next step for drivers who have completed the Performance Driving Course or with track experience at Piste Mont-Tremblant. With guidance from Jim Russell Racing School professional instructors, these structured lapping sessions offer plenty of track time to help you develop consistency and build confidence on the track. It’s the perfect way to continue developing your skills while enjoying Canada’s premier racing circuit at a pace that feels right for you.

RACE LICENSE CERTIFICATION

RACE LICENSE CERTIFICATION

The three-day Race License Certification program is for drivers ready to advance from track days into racing. To qualify, a student must complete the Performance Driving Course followed by two days of Advanced level training. The program is designed to build skill and consistency while preparing you for competition, using proven methods and expert coaching from the world renowned Jim Russell Racing School.

    FAQ

    WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

    1. Bring a 2015 SNELL SA HELMET or better.

    2. We recommend that you wear casual clothing, running shoes or similar lightweight shoes. Flat soled shoes are best. No sandals

    3. While driving, you are required to wear a long sleeve shirt and long pants.


    THE CAR

    1. Your car must be in excellent mechanical condition (tires, brakes, lights, no leaks, etc.)

    2. Arrive with a full tank of gas. A gas station is located near the track.

    3. Check that your wheels have been tightened properly.

    4. Set tire pressure to the manufacturer’s recommendation.

    5. Notice: if you are driving a convertible it must be equipped manufacturer roll over protection.


    NOISE RESTRICTIONS

    Mufflers must meet noise standards of 92db or less. A vehicle that measures more than 92 dB will be removed from participation on the track. No refunds


    CANCELLING / RESCHEDULING A RESERVATION

    You may cancel or reschedule your reservation 30-days prior to your scheduled program start date. A $100 admin fee will be deducted from your payment.


    RAIN POLICY

    All programs are conducted rain or shine. In the event of rain, we do not issue refunds or permit the course to be rescheduled. If you do not show up, you will lose your payment.


    FOOD AND BEVERAGE

    The cafeteria will be closed on the day of this program. Bring water or other beverages, food and/or snacks.
